This week, we feature 4 of the many awesome activities you can do in St. Barths!

Even if you have a tight budget, you can still pretty much enjoy certain luxuries in St. Barths. The beaches offer activities that are perfect for the family with kids, for the diving enthusiasts, for those who just want to sit back and relax, and of course, the romantic couples who look for exciting ways to spice up the relationship. Just be careful of where to do such acts. 🙂

Outdoor stuff and hilltop views

1. Driving a jeep and touring the island

For a family with kids, a perfect way would be to spend a day in the beach. But if you want your kids to maybe explore a little bit the island, you can either walk, jog, ride a bike, or better yet, rent mini jeeps and tour the island!

This jeep is available for rent by Wallyscar, it has no roof so it’s perfect for driving around St. Barths, enjoying the views and have a breath of fresh air. And you can take your kids driving around, stop and take pictures from the view above, or get off the jeep and have a little picnic while sight-seeing the horizon.

Ahhh just look at that view. I can just feel the cool breeze just by looking at it. The best part about this kind of view is that almost all views from St. Barths hillsides are the same. So expect the same kind of beautiful view from the others.

Diving activities

2. Snorkeling or free diving

You can either just swim around near the beach until you get a little deeper into the ocean, or rent a small boat and go a little distance and go free diving looking exploring life under the sea.

The first photo is shows the shores near Eden Rock, there are small boats and speedboats that can be used to take you to deeper waters and snorkel or just go whale watching if you wish. The next photo shows a girl snorkeling and using a GoPro Camera to capture those moments. This may not be as extreme, but you don’t need too extreme to have fun. By the looks of this photo, it seems she’s having the time of her life!

3. Luxury life and relaxation

Luxury at its finest is what this island brings so what better way to do it than cruise the St. Barths island or the Caribbean on board the prestigious yachts. Cruising St. Barths in luxurious fashion is the best way to just relax, sit back and feel the sun’s heat and cool winds on your skin.

Be careful though since next week is the upcoming St. Barths Bucket Regatta, so you may want to plan a course of direction on where you will be heading to, that is, away from where the competition is at.

4. Snuggle in a not-so-crowded beach somewhere

This is last but certainly not the least, perfect for couples, lovebirds, intimate partners and others.

The photo above looks like what seems to be a crumpled or disarranged blanket or tent. Yes, if you’re thinking what I’m thinking, then that is what it is. We think so. Beaches in St. Barths can sometimes get a little “wild.” Like the parties in Nikki Beach St. Barths where party-goers booze up and get too excited and next you know women are half (or full) naked. This may not what it seems to be, but then again it’s not too far from the fact that snuggling on the beachside in a beautiful St. Barths beach can sometimes get you carried away. There are however appropriate places where you can do this. Maybe sometimes too, you just let it slip by. St. Barths does that.

Don’t limit yourself to just these 4 Awesome Activities, there are tons more to do on the island. Maybe in the next few weeks, we’ll add a new list and maybe you can say, you’d want to do 1 or a few of them.
