First coming to St Barth in 1994, he finally made our beautiful island his permanent residence 4 years ago. He creates some of the most delectable dishes such as Roasted Rack of Lamb with confit garlic, anc chickpeas “Panisse,” or Fillet of Beef with Morel mushroom sauce and Roesti potatoes.
