it is considered very dangerous to drop off passengers from dinghies at Saline, Governeur, Flamands and Grand Galet beaches. Also, these dinghies should be maneuvered, respecting  swimmers in the water

Use of jetskis and scooters is forbidden with 300 meters of the beach, coastline, and within all the zones of Marine Park

Shooting of distress flares and fireworks might cause fire therefore, forbidden

Anchoring in Acces chanel port is forbidden anytime of the day. Respect a speed of only 3 knots upon entering the port
2.) Red Cross territorial Delegation together with the Rotary Club have a project for March 8, 10AM on Public Beach, a donation to St Barth Handicap association of 2 beach armchairs and 4 aquabikes, this in consideration of handicaps to enjoy the benefits of sea bathing.
3.) Swimming courses have started on March 3 and will end March 8, with one hour swimming and then superorganized games. This will be headed by lifeguards Jean-Marc and Olivier and the territorial pool in St. Jean.
4.) The telephone of the Administrative Help Center is changed now to 05 90 27 62 31 with emergency number 18.
5.) Stretching, Pilates, Tonic Pilates sessions are available at different schedules by AJOE Lorient.
6.) The Collectivity has installed many trash cans around Gustavia Harbor, but these trash cans are only for little garbage such as papers, cans, little bottles, and all other things like bin liners are forbidden so you have to bring them to the waste reception center.
7.) Ouanalao Club offers beach volleyball sessions Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30PM – 8:30 PM at St. Jean beach, 20 euros for club membership.
