Here’s a selection of new things to do in St Barths for Summer 2021. Some of them are brand new (e.g. Atelier de Joël Robuchon), some launched earlier in the 2020/21 season (e.g. Hôtel Barrière Carl Gustaf) and others are well-loved places that have re-opened for the summer after being closed during COVID times (e.g. Le Barthélemy).
We hope that you enjoy our picks!
L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon
Joël Robuchon’s latest endeavor – L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Saint-Barthélémy, in the center of Gustavia – is not your typical restaurant. L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Saint-Barthélémy offers French cuisine and the possibility for customers to order a dish accompanied by wine or an entire meal consisting of dishes served in small or large portions. The atmosphere is welcoming with artfully crafted materials, including wood, stone, metal, and glass.
The Rooftop de l’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is an elegant and friendly place where gourmet cuisine will be served in a comfortable setting. The view over the harbor of Gustavia, to see the Caribbean Sea, is exceptional from this Art Deco restaurant with its tropical vibe. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner are offered on Le Club at L’Atelier De Joel Robuchon.
